Privacy

Your privacy

This site has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Searching and filtering happen entirely in your browser.

Your location

“Near me” asks your browser for your position. It is used only on your device to sort and filter events, and it is never sent to us.

Services your browser talks to

  • OpenFreeMap provides the map tiles, so your browser downloads map images from it when you open the map.
  • MyMemory (translated.net) is called from your browser only when you press “Translate to English” on an event description.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile protects the submission form against spam, and is loaded only on that page.

What we publish about events

We publish what churches publish: title, time, place and a short excerpt, with a link to the original. We remove e-mail addresses and phone numbers from excerpts, and we never list private ceremonies such as weddings or funerals.

Submissions

If you send us an event or correction, it is stored as a private ticket for review. Your e-mail address, if you give one, is used only to ask about that submission.
